Parts Replacement Policy

At Grimmsteel Games, we stand behind the quality of Diabolical Dave's Rumble Throwdown. We understand that sometimes components can arrive damaged. Our policy is simple:

We will replace essential game components that are damaged in a way that prevents normal play. This includes key items such as the main board, play mats, playing cards, event cards, dice, and any critical components necessary to play the game.

Please note:

• Cosmetic damage to the box or minor components, such as a few chits or cubes, is not covered under this policy.
• Replacements are limited to parts that impair gameplay due to the damage.
• Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged components are required for all replacement requests.
